Working time and lighting effects are not as expected for possible reasons:

1. Insufficient sunshine, or less than 4 hours of sunshine.

2. The solar panel is covered or shielded by other objects, such as dense leaves.

3. The sunshine time in winter is shorter and weaker than in summer. So, the solar lights can't get enough light.
